the key is the offset of the wheels n the width of the wheels

im done few of exterme offset n width in 19 n 20 inch of wheel size
*i did roll all the fender n grind some of the inner part of my car n also grind the rear bumper bolt fitment to get the maximum space for all my wheels

the safe offset n width is:
front: 8,5 w & +45 to +48 offset (you can lower until the rim lipp touch the fender)
rear: 9,5 w & +38 to +48 offset (same condition treatment as the front)

some extrem offset: rub n scratch the tire:
8,5 w & +37 offset, (this made the wheel n tire came out of the fender by 4cm)
10w & +40 offset (inner lip of the wheel scratch the shockabsorber)
9,5 w & +37 offset (tire will scratch each time meeting bump)

but this will not happen if you use chamber kit for the rear wheel or you can lowered at the lowest, but all that just helping the rear wheel...

sorry if my english suck, but i hope it help

ps: don't worry, your wheel wont rub at all
