mmmm, probably not.
I say that because the 7th gen accord actually has 3 catalytic converters.
2 precats at the manifold
1 cat after the J-pipe.
So, in that 1st vid it sounds ok because he has 3 converters "muffling" the exhasut. Actually sounded pretty good for my taste.
Not sure about the 9th gen accords. Not sure if they still use precats and a 3rd cat after j-pipe.
The 6th gen set up is different. Keep the resonator, and/or get a bigger/longer resonator. Your exhaust will be loud and Raspy under wide open throttle if you just go exhaust manifold and straight pipe and no converter -- if you pull the converter off.
Getting pulled over -- well, that depends on the cop you pass by. In my area, cops don't hassle loud exhaust at all. But, it is an offense for which you can get cited/ticket. Some places have a noise ordinance and some cops enforce it more than others.
