Save your time and money. Get a turbo and boost your f23. Iron sleeves > FRM sleeves for boost. 8lbs of boost on an f23 will smoke any NA h23 all day. My $.02

And what's wrong with a $100 turbo? He might not know what it's worth or just want to have it out of his sight.

For 600obo, we are talking about pennies practically. If the car has good compression, then its either spark or fuel. Easy fix if you know how to trouble shoot a Honda. How is building his f23 saving time and money btw??
