I really want to say that any male driving a Civic is a ricer...because that is not a man's car and the only reason any man should drive one is because it is cheap and it can be quick. And that is not a good enough reason to drive any car. Buuut that is pretty bias.

So I'll go with this:

There are those true enthusiasts who know what makes a true car, and there are those that don't. The ricer is the latter.
