Not difficult at all. Get a radio harness and a reverse harness. That way all your splicing can be done without touching the OEM harness. If you buy the "premium sound" Navi you will need an amp. (Which should not matter since most people add radios with amps) If you just want to swap to have Navi the non premium version will work with stock stereo speakers no amp needed. The AnTena needs an adapter, and you will also need the gPS antenna.
