    Tried my best to complete a paint restore. When I got the car about 3 weeks ago the paint was oxidized and had no sheen to it. Paint is far from perfect, but wanted to make it better. -- washed -- clayed -- compound -- Color X from Meguiars -- two coats of wax I think it turned out...

    Got 28 mpg on last tank. Tried to drive more conservatively, but didn't necessarily baby it everywhere. Much happier with this result. Not bad for a car with 180,000+ miles. ben
