Re: F23 header modification
H series is more vertical and the F slightly angled from what I can tell. I just looked at my buddies H and my F side by side to check and thats what it looks like to me!
Thanks badger! so you've informed myself and others that an f20 something/ k20 hybrid is a viable possibility. I believe you but can any one attest to the reliability of this block+piston+rod combo?
Hey guys, I have a F23A1 I'm curious if the piston/rod swap with a K20 mentioned earlier is at all applicable for my engine. If not is there an engine that is comparable for better performance parts?
Maybe I'm just an idiot, but after dropping my car 2-2.5" (with no camber kit) I haven't felt that my wheels were out of wack, sitting unlevel or needed it in any way and the tires seem to be wearing fine! I think you can get away without one for a drop thats around that level.
I agree tires work wonders but be sure that when you get the new shoes for your car you have it aligned and balanced it's extremely easy to destroy a set of great tires in a very short time if your cars alignment is all out of wack. Then you'll be worse off than when you started and poorer too...
Does anyone know if its possible to use the same approach to open the headlights on the 01 sedans so that the amber strip at the bottom can be removed and the lights can resealed again?
