Will not stay running and replaced main relay

Erratic throttle when accelerating
It happens mostly when it's cold. I put the car in drive and hit the gas and the rpm jumps all around and the then it shifts into second. New to forum and need help with vibration
I have a 99 accord that I recently bought and under acceleration I get a high frequency vibration on the steering wheel and the rear view mirror and the engine seems louder than it should be.
