5sp Swap wiring/ecu problems

Funny, I am in the same spot as you. I am about to work with the master plug wires to see if it turns over. If so , great.

Then i need to sort out the clutch safety switch. I thought it was only a factor if you used cruise control?

Any ideas yet? Anyone?

You can bypass the Clutch Safety Switch, but I don't recomend it. The wire is blue with a white stripe. It needs to be soldered to the switch on your clutch and also to the ecu.

Check this thread. You use the auto harness and in this thread shows you which wires to jump on the plug that would plug in to auto trans harness
