98 Accord LX 2.3 is running rough

Which intake manifold are you using? USDM or JDM? Also, Check your map sensor as well. When i did my swap, my old one stopped working and i had to use the jdm one.

Map sensor was a good idea. When I got to looking at pics from before the swap I figured out I had the MAP sensor and throttle position sensor plugs backwards.

Well today as I was getting ready to drive it I got an eratic idle. Once the car was warm it revved from 1000 to 2000 rpm up and down. Guess I am going to do a diagnostic on it.

I tried to clean it when I cleaned the thottle body. I didn't remove it though. Maybe I will give that a try.

I've mixed up connectors before, just be sure to label everything next time
Your new issue seems a lot like iac or vacuum leak. Double check for any hoses you forgot to reconnect. Also use carb cleaner (I think that's the right one, need to double check) to find any leaks in hoses and intake gaskets

That was the problem and solved this step by cleaning it. Now let's see if anything else pops up.
