Dash lights don't work

I won't have a chance to work on the car until Sunday or Monday (after my Vtec solenoid comes in). But I will update this post as I try all the mentioned problems.

Oh, on the fuse, not only make visual, but also check power.

You're checking power to, from, & through the fuse.

The fuse was good, but I changed it anyway. I need to get a multimeter to check power now. And figure out how to use one since I never have lol.

IDK the wire color, but if you want to test there...

It is a printed circuit, so follow the ones to the lights. One heads to ground (mostly black) one heads to power (mostly not-black)

Power without the fuse in was 11V, same as with it in. I also measured it at the harness connectors.

From L-R - 0, 0, 2, 11, 11
