not with your retros nah, cause ur accord should be fine. There is one thing you can try not sure it will help. The oval socket on most ballast is 9006 so u dont have to use the supplied cable you got from the headlight harness straight to the ballast. Maybe there is something wrong with the wires from your HID kit.
