Mounts -

Front mount - stays
Driver's side mount - stays
Rear mount - you can reuse your automatic one or get a 5spd. It doesn't make a difference.

Axles -

You need the jackshaft or halfshaft and a 5spd drivers side axle. You will reuse your passenger side axle.
