F23a1 FI OBD2??

I tried searching and I could not find this, but was close. Now I was thinking of the option of a H22 swap, but searching, keeping it a OBD2 and passing emissions is pretty difficult. I want to gain some power since this heavy car seems sluggish with this stock F23. So I was thinking how would a turbo on a F23 suffice trying to use a OBD2? Is there a way to keep the car OBD2 and have it boosted? If i'm boosting it im only going to boost it 7psi probably. Thanks in advance.

From what I've seen from the boosted 4cyl guys they're all OBDI

Yeah. And you won't get much. You can still pass emissions on OBD1.

Really? I thought they checked the obd2 port. I was told if it was equipped with obd2 it has to be obd2

Although, my dads friends have boosted cars with OBD2 modules that are completely separate from the ecu with all the sensors sending false signals that show the emissions people a perfect pass. Where they get all this stuff and how exactly it all works, no idea.
