imma change the subject cuz i dnt wanna make a new short thread.

so after i finished installin back my headlights i found this on the ground!!

i noe its from the back of the headlight. is this piece important? because if it isnt imma jsut leave it off till i reseal my headlights thx

Yeah those little rubber tube things are there to help prevent condensation. I wouldn't worry about it. It doesn't make sense the way Honda designed them anyways.
