Thanks! I don't really recal but did everything minus the stitching myself... but to give you a good estimate... around $900. (it's special order fabric from Sparco in Italy though. Could be done for MUCH cheaper).

Update on first page.

650whp intercooler is in.
Battery has been relocated and works (pending new turbo oil feed line and cover on terminals connected to starter)
Intake has been reworked

Would like to see the engine bay cleaned up, but looks good so far.
