And here is a picture showing the '03 CL-S 6MT cross member with the 6g Accord V6 front subframe next to it, showing that it lines up. I have circled an the part on the CL-S 6MT crossmember that I think might be where the rear engine/transmission damper mounts;

619cr, can you please confirm this?

Hopefully my investigative efforts here will provide some insight for others in regards to what is needed for this swap.

Also, I do still have access to this CL-S 6MT lower transmission mount / "beam" (50809-S3M-A00), which is a discontinued part;

This could easily be replicated using something as simple as a piece of 1/4" thick angle iron;

Correct, the rear damper, which is also discontinued mounts to the side of the factory rear mount. my front and rear have no pressure, so probably pointless to retain. The rear mount is unique to the 03 m/t cls and around $600 from Acura. But, I also have an accord v6 rear mount bracket that will let me run an a/t mount. Added a pic of the cross members with the factory pieces bolted up.

Motor and trans is finally out. The clutchmasters stage 3 and LFW is kind of dirty for only being in a couple thousand miles.

I'm interested to know more about this. If you get a chance, can you please snap some pictures that show the difference between the '03 CLS 6MT one vs 6g Accord V6 AT rear mount?

The 7g Accord does not use a damper at all. The 3g TL 6MT has only one in the rear. The aluminum bracket that bolts to the rear of the engine has 2 additional M10x1.25 threads that the damper bolts onto. Then the rear engine mount bracket that's bolted directly to the subframe has threads where the damper connects to.

It's one common part for that rear subframe bracket.

I'm curious to see how the 9g Accord V6 6MT is mounted. Maybe I'll look that up later

couple shots of the rear mount and the bracket next to an A/T bracket I was led to believe would fit. Now that I see it next to the M/T, it is obviously for a newer motor. Anyways the concept is the same, m/t uses a long horizontal thru bolt vs one single vertical post and nut on the a/t

Test fit of P2R's header with the cls m/t bracket. which has been known to interfere with aftermarket headers. one mounting bolt snapped when I tried to remove it. header barely clears.

And here's the moment I was waiting for, test fit of the front cross member on the 4cyl frame. The CLS is on top in the first photo. Bolting up was mostly the same except for one missing hole for the driver m/t mount rearward bolt. The rear eng mount from the cls also does not line up with the predrilled bulkhead holes, which I presume were for the A/T v6 accord. It looks like I will be needing to transfer over the cls bulkhead as well. Good thing I have the whole car.

What's the bulkhead?

Sorry for the confusion, I was typing quickly last night and forgot you were calling it cross member. The large black piece where the power steering rack and rear eng mount is attached

With the subframe and crossmember swap, 3 out of 4 mounts are taken care of.

The other items which I had anticipated swapping over from the CLS to 4cyl body but have not mentioned are the hardlines for A/C, P/S lines and ABS. The low and high pressure A/C lines look like a simple swap over. The P/S and ABS. I have not traced yet. But thinking the same.

I mention these because the 6cyl accord body already has these in the same locations as the CLS.

I believe the fuel supply and return are the same location. Fuel tank and pump are the same. I have a high flow AEM right now. Also a walbro came with the S/C kit.

Lastly, radiator. As the hose end locations are reversed as well.
