I jack it up on the rear tow hook. Works like a charm.

or you can make something like this out of some 2x6 or 2x4 whatever you prefer.

Basically cut each piece of wood at a 45 degree angle and nail/screw them together making it a 2 step rise.

^it only takes 15-20 minutes to make 2 of them...and it helps a lot. Especially of you're really low.
