This is the only picture I have of my car, and it's photochopped to what I want it to look like.

I've been looking at Ksport lowering springs for $160 and just reading around the forum to learn more about the car.

Thanks man! I worked hard for 3 years on the e28, but this V6 accord is a whole new beast and excuse for me to get my hands dirty.

Yea I understand where you are coming from. I've been working on my accord for 6 years now and I have done all the work besides the 6 speed transmission swap.

Yeah, I love GD!

Wow, that's some dedication! I'd really like to just get a 5 speed swap done. The bimmer is a 5 speed, and I really hated the Accord at first because it's an Autospastic. But I have to say, the Accord is a faaaasst car in my eyes. So I can't help but enjoy it. I've been reading DIY's basically all day trying to get a feel for what I could do to my car.

I said originally the wheels were being painted green, well I changed my mind, I'm just going black like the photochop picture. Should be done tomorrow or thursday afternoon and then I'll have some real pictures for you guys.

Really, I just go for aesthetics. This car can already get me in too much trouble. I just want to make it look mean, low and sleek.

OOooo make it faster. :naughty: I've had 2 autos fail on my accord 1st one went at 21k miles and the 2nd went at 86k miles. If you are planning on keeping your accord first of all the 6 speed is the way to go with the v6 if you are even thinking about a transmission swap.

2nd - if you are going to keep your automatic I would look into a transmission cooler.

You should black house your headlights :D

And another cheap mod would be to upgrade your 17mm rear sway bar to the 20mm TL manual rear swap bar.

Thanks for the heads up on that, I'll look into the cooler, and if it fails in the meantime, that gives me an excuse to do a 6 speed swap!

Here are a couple starter photos.
I got flat black paint today and went to town on the front wheels, and on a whim decided to paint the trunk emblem as well.

Finishing the wheels tomorrow between track and Bio lab.
I was thinking about relocating the V6 emblem to a spot on the trunk lid, maybe passenger side. If I don't like it, I'll just delete it.
Regarding the hood, the gray patch is primer. There was a rust spot on the hood, so my dad sanded it down and primed it up. This will not be repainted, because I'm planning to sand down the hood and at some point either faux-rust it, or just paint it black.
Anywho, additions within the next week:
Yellow pendant fog lamps
Wood slatted roof rack (with a "Men" sign:naughty:)
Currently researching/looking at:
Ksport lowering springs
Mugen front lip
New drivers side headlight (current one is foggy)

Oh also, this will probably seem like a stupid idea, but I kind of like the retro sideview mirrors, and toyed with the idea of mounting a set in place of the current ones... Just a crazy thought.
