Noob here regarding fitment of the tranny

Will a JDM F23A auto tranny fit my F23A5 engine? I saw a F23A for cheap plus 90 day warranty. If it does fit, will the sensors on my F23A5 work with the JDM one?

Well...I saw a F23A for $550, but only 90 day warranty. Then I decided not to buy it. There's a local used $700 F23A1/4 tranny with 1 year warranty. 1 FREAKIN' YEAR! I rather risk the extra $150 for that warranty.

k, just clean it!

Looked at your pics, you probably have a leaky valve cover gasket. 10x easier to work on a clean car! Sometimes we pressure washed them at the dealership to avoid getting our clothes dirty.
