Plastic Bag Melted to Exhaust

Hey guys I got a plastic bag melted to my exhaust pipe. Just wondered if you had any good methods for getting it off other than just ripping or using a putty knife or something...

Its right after the second flange. I'm just gonna rip the excess off tomorrow and then let the rest melt off.

Update: tried to pull it off a bit. that mofo is really on there. got a bunch off so it isn't noticeable and just gonna let the rest burn off
