Thanks for posting pictures Jon. I like the Matchbox ones, they look like they might fit, but look a little big for the EM2 fogs. I just looked into the LED fogs and like them a lot actually. Happy if I go with those, I dont have to run ballasts and mount them somewhere else near the ground. Can't decide if I want to run those exposed, or just mount them into either the civic housing or a different housing. I do have a decent sized bit of my grille missing where the fog lights are.

Blazers are actually kinda long and outdated. Your best output will probably come from the ford fusion or matchbox projectors. plus the matchbox projectors are bixenon. Matchbox projectors are under 4" in depth, and 3" in width
I think you should look into those LED fogs though. About the same price as the matchbox fogs, and they'll require a lot less work to mount them
