I've had three tickets all which have been dropped. 56 in 35. 76 in 55 C&R. 86 in 65 while distracted by my gf. Don't drive with your license suspended cause my dad did and got pulled and got it suspended for longer. 30 days goes by fast. My boy got a DUI and had his taken for 30 days and just got ppl to drive him around.

This was my first ticket ever
I was going 87 in a 55, so that's probably what did it for me.
As for now, I actually just claybarred her today and she's looking so clean lol.
I'll probably save a bit more money though as long as I don't get hassled for gas :p

30 days should be enough to get your car show clean and maybe some rust repair underneath. Sorry to hear about that.

I got one speeding ticket in my 12 yrs of driving and it was for a 5 over while delivering a pizza, $140. First thing I did was go to the casino and win that sht back on roulette.

Wow Jersey must be strict...

My 4th ticket was 79 in a 55, which was actually 85 in a 55, but the cop was nice.

In Minnesota, I think it's 30+mph over the limit which is an instant suspension.

How old are you?? I know in NH if you get ANY ticket for speeding under the age of 18 you license automatically gets suspended for 30 days.

I'm 19
I don't know why I didn't realize this earlier, and the prosecutor even told me; my license is suspended because I still have my provisional.

lucky you didn't get that in cali, it would be wayyy more than $140. curfew tickets are $500 where i live, even if it's 10:01 and the cops will get you at that time in my town and the neighboring one, even if you're a block from your house on the street.... wow sry, i have add and dont stop typing

Wow at least Maryland is pretty lax about this stuff. First ticket ever I was 17, going 76 in a 55 at 2 am on my provisionals. I pulled in to get gas, the state trooper rolled in behind me and explained what i did wrong. All they made me do was go home, wake up my mom and have her call into the barracks letting them know I was home.

No ticket, no fine, nothing.

140$ is not a lot... Here in Quebec, going 136km/h in a 90 zone would be 800$ + 10 points and your license will be suspended for 7 days on first offence. On the second offence, your license is suspended for 30 days and your car imponded for 30 days. On third offense, they triple your fine (2400$+) , impond your car and you loose your permit until it is renewed.
