OMG change wire plate. Thanks a bunch! Will be getting this asap. It is missing and I do believe this is what I'm looking for. At least I hope. Will update when I get chance to put it on.

Ok here is the update! Put on change wire plate and viola! I have all my gears back. Just a tidbit of info, when putting on the change wire plate, i had to take off the thermostat housing in order to get proper angel to install plate. I tried without removing, but i had no luck. It is actually real easy once you move everything out of the way. Thank you all for your input and help!
