Just follow along Ill ask questions as the pop up

Nastiness Before

Nastiness After

I am going to take out those ridges on the inside by filling them with a filler and repainting them with Dupi-color Metallic ground coat, then go over them with the Chrome anodizing finish and the corners with a Amber anodizing finish

More to come tomorrow when its warmer outside and the filler will harden faster. Besides its late...

I did this... I just painted the reverse light housing black... left the chrome on the bottom reflector for the brakes...

Well I am just now waking up about to start on them again and finish them today hopefully.
I'll have more pics up as I progress with it.

I am eventually going to go to LEDs

here is what i got so far with the bondo over the fleece and resin

Quick question why does nothing stick to the plastic on these lights?
anyone know?
Ive tryed everything DP-100, superglue, even urethane and hot glue. only way I could get it to stay was staples.

Honestly tho if you ever run into this problem with your tail lights just paint them and call it a day because Ive been working on it for 3 or 4 days now and I am nowhere done.
