my fronts are also pulled a little though so you will probably have to pull yours and it will rub some too depending on the tire size you run.

Or actually correction, possibly +25 offset. I have to check when I go to the shop on Friday, but they're coming with 225/40s or 235/40s.

With 235's, you'll need to roll.

I would roll all 4 corners anyway if I were you, just in case you might want to fit more aggressive setups in the future.

Did a ****ty paintjob and sort of liked it.

Battles 18x8.5 +30. My rears I know will be no problem and might even need a spacer. Will I be flush on my fronts or a slight poke? I'm already rolled and I ended up with a natural pull over the years. Debating between a 215/40 or 225/40. If anyone has pictures of this set-up it would be well appreciated.

18x8.5 +30 would be almost exactly the same poke as 18x9 + 35. So you'll need just to trim bumper tab/bumper, roll front fenders. Depending on how low you want to go, you may need to pull front fenders just slightly.

I'd recommend a 215/40 so you don't have to deal with any fitment issues

the fronts won't be much poke. I like my 215/40 but will go with either 215/45 or 205/45 but I like the poke lol. but the rears should be rolled just in case.
