my current setup is a dark tint on the strips, and the whole light is black. my retro set has a light tint on the strips, and also looks good.

mine are all black except for the small corner amber strip....and the white ccfl tube where the big amber strip is.

for me the 12" fit in there perfectly..

when i get my car back i think im gonna open the lights up again and possibly put an led strip in there instead... not sure just yet but i kno for sure im gonna sand down the outside of my lens!

yea i've never seen that mod done before...i've seen ccfl's used as angel eyes...but never this...hmm...looks pretty cool tho...can ccfl's flash? or do they stay on? im thinking if these came in smaller sizes....like 2-3" range...maybe you could use them in tail lights too...but i've never seen how they work so it may be a bad idea...and...how do they look close up when they are off?
