The cold cathodes that were used were from here

You need to buy 2 kits, 1 kit per headlight with one cathode plugged into one transformer. This is because you can't extend the white wires on the cathodes. The cathode from oznium is just sitting in the reflector, the wire goes through the space that was for the tab on the orange strip reflector.

i did number 1 but i didnt like it w/o the orange strip so i put it all the way across. looks the best no doubt.

Can anyone else confirm the 12" ccfl's fit in the reflector opening? And what does it look like with the lights off up close?
Any advice as to wiring them? If they look sweet maybe I'll order some

Other option would be a 9.5" strip of this:

and use it across the inside of the blacked out housing. Anyone try this or suggest it?
