Here are the caravans I see maybe happening. Not sure where you're coming from, Dillon? And Mikey, you may be on your own.

Derek and Muhib meet up with me in Cincinnati
The three of us meet up with Daniel and Evan in Louisville
The five of us meet up with Joey in Bowling Green
The six of us meet up with Daniel and whoever else in Nashville
Then we drive straight to Memphis

Maybe Kyle, Josh, Michael, and Chris can caravan from TX?
Maybe Jon and Tyler can caravan from AL?
C-span and Chef89Red could caravan if they want, though they live in Memphis lol

I would personally move your 20 minute radius up to a 30 minute radius to get you out of the lower income areas where the cars might not be safe. When I get home tonight I'll post a few google map links to hotels in the direction away from the "hood".

I can start scouting for a spot off of I-65 that would be convient for meeting up if no one around the ky. area has yet.

Why don't we just meet close to Slugger Field under the 65 bridge? Great shots, plus it's right off the highway. It's where WBTB (Water by the Bridge) did all their professional shots. And we might have to find a way around that, because 65 may be hard to navigate with the construction.
