So, you think I should even bother with those kinds of products then? Because I really don't want to dive into the world of hardcore engine mods on account of I want to keep the drive ability of the car for a very long time.

Thanks.

Actually, I did everything I mentioned and more to my car and never had a problem with it. It all depends on what you want to do and how far you're willing to go.

I have dyno'd my car with full intake, header, and exhaust and only got 141hp to the wheels. All parts were name brand and the only issue I had at the time was an exhaust leak so that may have drained some hp but not much. Everything sounds great but not really any gains, but I cant say for sure since I didn't dyno before. but an all stock accord like mine but auto dyno'd at 113 to the wheels. So there may be some change in hp but its most likely minimal. All that's changed for me is slightly better throttle response.

So you have two cars that you dyno'd or you took the mods of of the car and dyno'd it and got 113?

Well, then even with an auto, 30 HP is sort of a substantial gain. But, maybe its different with 4 cyl.
Yes but you also have to keep in mind the auto tranny does keep a fair amount of power from making it to the wheels so im not sure what a stock 5spd makes to the wheels. But im sure it would be way less then a 30hp difference at that point.
