projectors upside down in new tycs

the cutoff is on the bottom. how can i fix this?

yea that is crazy f'd up...although in manufacturing...i assume this is an easy mistake...it's a wonder i haven't seen it before.....but yea...your choices are either to take them apart and flip them or to try calling TYC and send them these pics...cause that is ridiculous...i know you aren't the original owner...but it seems to me that the original owner sold these knowing that they were messed up....i mean how can you not know that they are flipped....

i bought them off of jbuff from this site. if i take them apart what kind of glue do i need to put them back together? this is so ****ed up. when it comes to lighting im having the worst luck ever :-(


ok im looking all over the site and cant find out how to contact them. i went to the contact tab and entered all the information and it comes up with an error saying there server is down.

i remember a while back on hidplanet when someone was showing progress pics of a retro, and they didnt realize they had the projectors upside down.

customlightz used to make projectors "into" high beams by doing this.

how how how could these get flipped over in manufacturing? wouldnt quality control notice?

i bought them from jbuff but it isnt his fault its like this. also i cant find a way to contact tyc period. the contact us part isnt working on there page when i hit submit.

you should buy some s2000 lenses swap those in I hear they fit perfectly

also all that you should need to do is crack them open and flip the sheilds over and put them back togetrher
