I usually have several hot dogs at once. I'm talking about if I grill them myself - down here in Mississippi we don't have good hot dog places. heres what I like to put on them:

on one dog:
Kraut
Onions
Mustard
Relish
on another dog:
chili
kraut
onions
mustard
jalapenos

Sometimes I will add all of the above to one dog, but that usually is a bit overkill, so I usually separate into two dogs for better flavor. Sourkraut is the fricken bomb.
Sometimes I do put ketchup on there too. Sorry...
