yea, i ordered something from them like 2 years ago. they never sent it...cuz they never had it, and they even charged me a restocking fee which they took out of my refund. $30 to restock? suck my fat nuts.

i ordered my window visors from them. it took a while to ship, but surprisingly I got the correct product and everything. But yeah, I called them once to check on my order status and they were AWFUL. Better safe than sorry, don't bother ordering from these guys.

Cancel the order, start a paper trail with your credit card company if thats what you used.
