Yeah it won't burn...lol. My cover doesn't really even get hot when the projectors are on.

pyaa and 00accord,
do you guys have any gaps between your lens cover and the headlight assembly? I was told by someone else that there might be a gap between those covers and the assembly before they dont fit as nice as the TYC ones and therefore it could lead to leakage. I see you said you've had them for over a year now but have either of you had leakage problems?

not really..but i could def tell that the fitment was not perfect..i had to keep clamps on them so they wouldn't separate since the fitment is a tad off...and the holes did not line up for the light in amber strip at the bottom..not a problem for me though
