... what do you guys do when you get a plastic bag caught on the downpipe.... ive had one thats been burning off for the past week and it still smells... I took it off as much as i could but you know it gets hard after a while...

plastic is just harden on the pipe i havent really tried to take it off tho most of it burned off but it looks horrible

uhhhhhh

you grab what you can, rip it off, and let the rest burn. end of story.

if youre really that paranoid about it being on there, you can scrape off whatever is left over after you rip the bag off with some sort of scraper.
