Well If the economic isn't sh*t to bed now I would lovely get my self a 04-06 TL 6spd, BTW I probally will wait for that 07-08 TLS lol that thing get some mean punch even with the AT (that right AT are good that year) the 6spd even better but still most of them are worth $29-$33K and the 04-06 TL 6spd worth between $15-$22K.

It has relevance in a sense that you would be pretty bummed out to find out later on down the road ur compression isnt up to par after u just changed the transmission. If you knew prior to swapping it out, you might have gone a different route with the car. In example; selling the car,taking the engine and tranny out together so u can do both at the same time. Kill two birds with one stone. Thats all im trying to say..

have you thought about going back to stock...flushing the tranny...sell the car...buy 5spd sedan 4cyl...put your stuff back on...that way you don't get raped on mod money...and no dealing with tranny swaps or rebuilds...and you come out with a cheap, durable car...with the economy is now...its not the time to buy a BMW...fuk that...if i wanted a bmw i'd get an old e30 instead of the 5spd accord...

you may not like the E30 or really want to stay accord for so much longer...but financially it may be smarter to be conservative now because things that don't affect you right now may affect you down the line...and having a car note on a car that has no value(cause no one else has any money either...esp to buy a bmw) is not a good idea...

guess what im tryin to say is...if you feel the tranny will be toast soon...go ahead and sell it now...and buy something conservative...even if its not an accord...surely theres a cheap reliable car out there you've always been interested in...
