Those Audis are hottt.
The grey b7 was nice, but I noticed some under hood things that didn't look right. For example, there were some washer marks on some of the fittings, particularly in the front of the engine bay, which could be an indication that there was some work done on the engine (i.e. things re-bolted). Also, Some of the hoses looked exceptionally clean/new compared to the other components, which also made me raise an eyebrow. Why would you wipe down a radiator hose but not the TB and piping?? There were a number of other things that sent up the caution flags, like how the guy was a bit dodgy in answering how he acquired the vehicle. Yea, perhaps I'm a picky MOFO, but I walked because it just didn't feel right.
I'll get another Audi someday, or maybe even a new VW as I'm kinda feeling the new CCs that came out.
Thanks to everyone for the sentiments. I'm thankful to still be around and very thankful that my better 1/2 is still with me as well. Didn't wanna be singing that song "Last Kiss" ya know?? Do me a favor though, please don't drink and drive. You end up ruining it for the rest of us who aren't trying to play russion roulette with our lives...
