Hey guys, just signed up for this board. Didn't realize there was one so specific. LOL

Well I've always been into tweaking things. Whether it be hacking or modding anything I love to give things a little twist. Computers have been the main thing in my life that I've done. I'm a complete car noob, and this past week I've been reading like crazy trying to learn new things. Lots of good posts here!

I drive a 4 cyl 2001 accord lx, and I realize these things are heavy heavy, and not particularly made for speed. I'm not looking to go race my car or anything. I just want to get in and tweak some things to give it a modded "cool" factor, and maybe a little kick. I've looked into intake/exhaust type stuff, but anything applies here. I'm just a really DIY kinda guy and want to take this opportunity to learn a little more about cars in general. I'd like to eventually build up my technical knowledge to a very extensive level. Thanks for any input guys!

I bow to your extensive knowledge :jealousbow:

Welcome... suspension first. All else after that. :)

Order I recommend...

1. Coilovers
2. Wheels
3. DIY retrofit projectors
4. I/H/E

too late haha. I just removed my resonator box from my intake to prepare for my cheap ol' ebay intake that's on its way. I bought a short ram b/c the road I live on can flood like crazy when it rains. Better safe then sorry I suppose. But I love the new sound haha, even without the new intake. I will try to continue in the order you've given though
