I think that is the photo example from their website showing what the finished product will look like.

What is the usual turn-around time for them?

That's the retro done without the lenses sealed up, to show the craftsmanship and details in the cutting, fitting and mounting. It should've taken less time but there was a civic groupbuy in front of me. Headlights arrived in NY on 4.20. So, less than two full weeks without return shipping.

Yeh, that's the photo they took when their work was done. On their website it says it should take one business week after they receive the parts (5 business days) but good work takes time.
