QFT, Hassan. You need to put at least 3-4 screws across the middle of the lip in the lower grill area, plus 2 on each end in the wheel well.

Nothing wrong with some outdoor double-sided 3M tape as well, just to make sure.

I know the feeling, and hopefully, you can get it all fixed up real soon.

there was nothing holding the middle....double sided tape FTW!!!! and his lip is only a few inches off the ground :squintrun:

I know a couple of the guys here only used double-sided tape as well and have had no issues, I tried that with the first Xenon lip I had, and that didn't go so well, which is why I recommend my current 'setup' with all those screws.

Yeah I'm so gonna do that this time around. Not only was the lip wobbling but it also takes all that wind especially on the expressway, so it's bound to come off soon. I wanna put as many screws as you said, in those places, as well as 3M tape, AND I want to fully support my bumper. Now the problem is my front bumper's somewhat cracked in the driver's side of the lower grill area. It was an accident from losing control in the snow. As a result, a lot of those black water under-guard thingies on the bottom of the car came off and I just cut them off. Does that affect any of the push-in tab slots? I have to get new push-in tabs for the bottom (because there aren't any), but like how does it work? Are there holes in the body of the car that I can just push them into? Or does it go into the water guard? Cuz those are gone pretty much.

And also about the rear bumper guys, should I take that off? I heard that it's a pain in the *** to put back on. I mean, taking it off shouldn't be so difficult but I'm worried I won't be able to put it back on properly. I just wanna take my rear bumper + the rear lip to a shop so they could make the lip fit better. I could just take my whole car, but it's too low for that area. I guess I could just raise it...

Off-topic question about raising the car: I have those 2 black wrenches to raise the coilovers, do I just raise it like that and then let the car sit again and that black circular thing around the coilover is the only thing holding the whole car up? I guess I'll put all 4 coilovers all the way up just for my trip there.

Honestly.....now considering how these parts are freakin gettin jacked and fallin off so much...i think wen i get rid of my ABS plastic shiet and go to PU.....imma jus gonna have a shop mold that shiet together....its not like im ever gonna change the kits again once i get the OEM kit or Full WW.....id jus feel safer that way.....

But in ur case....it sounds like ur on the right track brother.....sorry to hear bout it falling off

on a side note..... i'm jealous of ur car....like obessively jealous.....:hide:

I'm more jealous of your wheels hehe. But also I don't think molding is a good solution to this problem. I really think I could have supported my bumper and lip much better; I was just too lazy to do so. :hide:

Anyone? Also what are you guys' opinions on using velcrow?

What about the push-in tabs? Can I still use them underneath the bumper if I don't have splash guards anymore?
