so if i did port and polish my head about how much hp would i gain cuz its expensive i dont wanna do it if its only like 7 hp

means that different mods will combine and give you something but if you just use one and expect a considerable improvement you'll be disappointed..unless you are going turbo which is a whole different route..

sick thanks again and what do u mean by just ecu? like a whole new one?

well some sort of tunning device or something that extract some numbers out of the mods
