Exhaust backfires?

By talking about this I know there will be some people that will criticize.

I don't want a flamethrower kit though, I just want to know how I can get a little pop of flame when I rev or shift. Maybe I need to get rid of my cat and run rich?

I would like to do it safely and without much modding. It's not for anything, other than "Look what I can do". Any ideas? Would I be harming anything other than making my bumper black?

And no I don't want to do the spark plug and coil thing.

If your Accord if running so pig rich it can backfire, it is going to be running like crap. Why don't you take that STI, run a big turbo, with a big fuel system, and then have a good back fire, haha. Then put videos of it doing pulls on this site, so we can all enjoy your backfires

i think thats what he is doing and can do it on stock turbo...

Well, you CAN do it with no turbo, its not forced induction that causes excess fuel in your exhaust to burn. I was just saying bigger turbo, because its just that much better, lol.
