Vtec motors are bulletproof. It's the auto transmission that can fail. It's a crapshoot as to whether it will or not though, so just take care of it and hope for the best.

Great deal on a 6GA at that price with those miles. Make sure you check on all the routine maintenance items like brake pads/rotors, fluids, tire pressure, etc before you put it on the road.
