BAd o2 and knock sensor can cause these issue cause it can't read the exhaust flow and the pistons in each cylinders replace them and reset ecu if still misfiring change spark plugs and wires, rotor, cap, etc. to start off as bases to figuring out other issues

I guess i gota find a o2 sensor and knock sensor...due to the fact that all the plugs plug wires and also cap and rotor are new. Will 1 step colder plugs cause a misfire?

Probably gonna need to change out the vtec solenoid if you said vtec was going haywire. Always go one step at a time though, no sense buying everything when only a couple things need replaced.

yeah check the screen of the solenoid and see if it's all gunked up, that'll help
