Im doing this to my OEM front bumper as part of my "winter mode". It looks nice, good job.

:ioof6:
Don't do it John, just keep the bumper oem, even if paints chipping off.

I am not sure how this will look on a sedan, seems better suited for a coupe imo. Good luck with it.

I don't know why anyone would do this unless the car has been beat beyond repair but good luck :peace:

Lol... don't be silly. All I meant was my car was beat by a tornado and hail which is why I chose to do something funny and different. I never thought I'd see someone do this unless they were unable to really correct the body damage and it was a salvaged car.

Took me by surprise that's all. :peace:

Re: RackedOut's progress thread. *56k* update 9/25/11

well, i was going to just flat black, which was my original plan. then once i put it on the front bumper i was imagining my whole car like that it and it was fail. so then i went back to the store and got some bedliner and put that on and it was a huge difference. it felt cool and imagined the car in that and i stuck with it. now that the skirts, mirrors and bumper are painted (ill take pics tomorrow), it has brought a huge difference in what i was going to do and i have a whole new plan for it now. im pretty pumped!
