only finish the driver side!!! LOL

can't finish it cuz I ran out of blue tape, LAME

and a lil hint to anyone who wants to do it!!

5 coats of layers is not enough!!! need like 10 layers!!

but i did kinda scare to paint too much at one time, maybe thats the reason,

won't be making same mistake on the passenger side

now my ride is a bit of a RICE, 1 side chrome 1 side black... :boohoo:

I hope you have success Tommy..both times when I did mine they peeled off 2seconds later..lol but I think i have the Electrical tape one tho? only BLACK one I could find..hmm...haha

you definitely need a lot of layers. ive got a ton of layers on each of my rh's. and try to let it dry as much as you can before you add more. it took me a while to finish up all of my wheels...i would usually add several thin coats of it until it had one good, even layer on the wheel, and then id let it dry for a day and then continue the next.​

yeah, chrome only good on non black car

looks nice,did you just use the flat black or did you go over it with the plasti-dip gloss?

no gloss, just flat

yeah, i put down 6 and after taking all the taping off, i realize its still too thin,

will do it again another day

So am I correct then tho? the only true BLACK plasti dip is electrical tape one?
