I think I saw a discussion about this before on V6P, isn't this because our rear tires are pulled towards the rear when lowered?

Yeah, when you lower the Accord the rear wheels move further back.

The new wheels should be done this week or next week possibly, so I've heard lol. It's been eight weeks (nine weeks this Tuesday) since I paid for them.

And I noticed that a lot of VW's, especially the MKIV GTI/Jetta, when lowered the wheels are pulled towards the front. Is that what caster is? Never really understood caster.

Yes that is caster. We use multilink rear suspension to my knowledge and the lower you go on that the further the arm moves on it's axis (there is one trailing arm that is connected to the body or frame of the car). I'm not sure though if that could ever be adjusted. I think you would need a whole slew of arms just to get the wheels in the center of the wheelwell again along with upper mounts with spherical bearings. It would look cool though because all the arms that you see under the car would be shiny and new! Haha.
