The fact first:

98 Accord LX-V6 Sedan. 177k miles.

Well, I am just wondering if someone can speak from experience on these mounts? I can find these pretty cheap for $150 on ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/17079397659...AX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649#ht_2913wt_952. However, I read that they are not as good as the OEMs, and might have fit issue. The last thing I want to do is to spend $250 on labor installing some crap on my car.

The other route I can go is to get Anchor or beck/Arnley from Advanced Auto Parts. These would run me for about $200. The problem is that I can't find any review on these, so I have no idea how good they are.

Lastly, the OEMs, the safest bet. These runs for about $400. Obviously, cost is an issue here.

I read about some performance mounts but those are even more expensive than the OEMs, so they are out of question. So can anyone give me some advise as to what to get? And if you happen to live around DC area, hit me up...I might hire you to do installation. :)

Beck arnley makes good products. Can't speak on just the mouths.. But have heard good reviews on other products they make. Although I suggest looking into innovative mounts. A little more pricey but they are solid mounts. And you can choose from three different bushings they offer.

Well, if Beck Arnley gets the board approval then it's good enough for me.

Just one question though, since the front & rear on the V6 model are hydraulic, I should pick one with the vacuum hose as shown here, right? http://www.beckcatalog.com/#

How come they don't have the front with hose? Does that automatically disqualify them as the possible OEM manufacturer?

Edit: RockAuto seems to suggest DEA is indeed the OEM manufacturer?http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/raframecatalog.php

Links might not work. Just choose 98, accord, v-6.

I just wanted to double check that his mounts are bad and this isn't just a case of a mod that he thought would be a good idea to do. It's kinda a lot of work for just OE replacemts.

And I don't know what qfe is post to stand for sry.. I'm still kinda noob

Guys, don't sweat.

My mounts are simply broken. The rear is in the best shape of them all, but even it is a bit loose...

I already went ahead with OEM parts. But it'd be nice if we can find out the quality of the aftermarket or who the manufacturer is for honda mount. You know...good for future reference.
