Well its been 5 days of searching, and working on it and still nothing. Tried to drive the car to school on Monday morning and the car started then immediately started to drop idle, followed by a slight knocking sound, and then it just shut off, all within 10 seconds. Hasn't turned on since then. Cranks and cranks and cranks and cranks its little heart out, but no start. No CEL, no weird sounds from the bay, made sure everything was connected properly, blah blah blah.

The only information I do have that MAY be the culprit, is that the Saturday before it died I did an oil change and a coolant flush. After doing these 2 things I drove it around and it through the CEL for bank 1 running rich (Forgot the actual code number). However the next day (Sunday) when I was driving to Cupcake Meet 15, the CEL just went away.

Any information would be very greatly appreciated. Like I said above, its been 5 days straight of check this, check that, is this tight enough, yada yada yada.

Things i've already checked:
-Fuel lines
-Vacuum lines
-IACV
-Spark plugs
-Battery
-Throttle body cleanliness
Next on the list was injectors and EGR valve, but I have work and school to tend to til Sunday.

No way! The one at Lake Conroe? and no nothing leaking under the car. Checked the fuel lines, the two pumps I have not checked though. Gonna go check the fuel pump right now. I have no idea how to check the water pump though.

EDIT: Think I found the culprit. Fuel pump isn't priming. Can't believe I didn't check this **** sooner...

Was gonna say fuel pump/main relay if its hot down there. Sounds like starter is good.

Starter is a tank. Sat around cranking it for like 3 minutes straight and it never got any weaker. I have a spare fuel pump sitting around in the garage that I'm almost positive isn't bad. Probably gonna put it on this Sunday and hope for the best.

Ok so I was talking to my uncle today and he said that the car did this same thing while it was in the shop after my engine got rebuilt. He said they thought it was the same thing so they got it a new fuel pump, but after the new fuel pump it still wouldn't start. He said it was the immobilizer preventing it from starting for some reason. I don't doubt his word if he has seen it before, but I just don't understand how the key that has always been able to start it is now not being recognized. I have a spare key that also doesn't work. Any insight on this guys?

If its the immobilizer then the green key light will be flashing non stop as you try to start it on the dash. If it doesnt, its not that.
