it takes a little longer than most cars it seems like but it seems to blow cold. not ice cold like my older 97 nissan but cold enough.
Should blow just as cold as any car. I would get the freon level checked and fill that up first. One of the cheaper first steps you could look too.
Weirdly my accords A/C has never blown as cold as my old BMW 318/325 or Chevrolet Cavalier lol.
With that said, buy an A/C gauge and check its pressure on the lowside port.
sidenote: why even in the winter does the compressor come on when you press the defrost buttons, (manual unit) I've grown up thinking its bad for the comp to run when its already cold, So I just shut the switch off, Seems, like an uneeded step, but I just wondered why Honda thought even when it all the way on heat, we should turn on the A/C pump
